Agriculture

Combines, Tractors, Grain Carts, Sprayers, Planters, and Air Drills.

Mobile Vision Systems offers vision systems designed to be installed on combines, grain carts, sprayers, planters, air drills, and other vehicles used in agriculture. Breakthroughs in the field of agriculture have been remarkable, and today, there are practically no machines without electronic controls and monitors. However, there are processes and features which are yet difficult to monitor and which are still carried out “by guesswork”.

A Mobile Vision Systems display system may be installed for many of these features. Our systems help you to have an optimum vision, both during day and night, of all those machine parts which are not controlled by traditional monitors (performance, sowing, spraying, etc.).

Applications are diverse and range from monitoring the unloading of grains from the combine to the grain cart to verifying there are not stubble blockage problems in sowing sections or to avoid neck pain which may be caused by “monitoring” a tractor attachment. Moreover, they improve the rear vision of machines during transportation.

Cameras with IP67-rated waterproof enclosures are sturdy and compact, simple to install and provide viewing capability even in total darkness because they are equipped with infrared illuminators. The monitor is very simple to use and its views can be switched just with the touch of a button or with the remote control.

The systems of Mobile Vision Systems increase your equipment productivity and safety.

Because of its low cost, ease of installation, durability, and their different usage alternatives, our systems pay for themselves in a very short period of time.

The following are only some application examples:

  • · Monitoring the unloading of grains.
  • · Checking the grain cart level.
  • · Ensuring no fire is caused in the motor area of the combine.
  • · Verifying the correct performance of the spreaders.
  • · Determining if there is any stubble blockage problem in a sowing section.
  • · Improving grain extractor and grain bagging machine working conditions.
  • · Improving visibility in transportation mode for all machines and attachments.
